I had asked what a proposed order is. A couple of lawyers told me it goes with a motion, which I already knew and actually included in my question. EVERY attorney told me to seek counsel; Attorney Kasberg suggested I seek counsel but actually answered my question as well. :)

Attorney Michael Kasberg recently worked with us on our estate planning and establishing a trust, very specific to our needs and goals. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, as well as, personable and patient as he educated both my husband and I in all the details of the plan. We found Michael to be reliable, sympathetic, thoughtful and informative. He kept our interests and needs a priority during the entire process. Even after the final signing of the documents, he followed through on everything he promised in helping to execute all the changes we needed to make. We met and he did all theories paperwork and even advised me on other issues that didn't have anything to do with our business. He cared about our family and willing to go the extra mile. Mike came from another meeting and still was early to meet us. He made us feel secure and comfortable the entire time.
