I had a case that to me was very confusing involving WC & SSI. Bruce and his natural relaxed demeanor had me calmed down soon after meeting him. He saw to it that my SSI started soon and then went on to handle my Workers Comp claim. What I appreciated the most was that Bruce was available when I had questions. When something really bothered me I'd call Bruces' office and Donna would have the answer in a heart beat. If she didn't I would soon get a call from Bruce who would give me an easy explanation as to what was going on . He always had an answer for me, was always friendly towards me, was always on time for appts. and never tried to avoid me.
