A lot of business reviews you see online are from those that had a bad experience. So when I started to do my research into a worker's comp lawyer, I noticed a lot of lawyers with negative reviews, or lawyers with no reviews, positive or negative, at all. So imagine my surprise , that I came across reviews for Bruce that were all positive. (Now, for disclosure, Bruce's name was presented to me months prior, when I still didn't "need" a lawyer. But I still did my homework . . . ) Fast forward, and there I am suddenly "needing" a lawyer because the insurance company had stopped paying me. So I contacted Bruce and he promptly got me in to see him about my case. After talking with him and asking all my questions, I hired him and I'm glad I did. First, Bruce got the insurance company to restore my weekly payments back. Then Bruce and his (awesome) staff became my liaison with the insurance company that had stopped responding to my inquiries. Fast forward again, three operations and four years later and Bruce and his staff are still there giving me updates and answering all my questions. They always had me up to date. Finally, a couple of months later, my case was settled in my favor. Bruce's staff was amazing, always getting back to me within 24hrs (mostly within a couple of hours!). Always professional and pleasant. Bruce, as a lawyer, is a pro with a commanding understanding of how the "system" works and he's not an outsider to the Boston Industrial Court (he knew everyone). Bruce is personable and I genuinely liked him. He was very informative and even calming at times. And he never brushed off any of my phone calls when he was available. If you get hurt on the job and find yourself suddenly "needing" a comp lawyer, look no further. Bruce stood by me and fought for my rights and the proper settlement that ultimately came my way. Bruce and i go way back. I had tried to get on on Social Security Income since 2012. I saw him not long after that. He never gave up on me. We traveled into Boston so many times to meet with judges only to get denied over and over. Bruce fought hard for me every time. Every time i got denied, he would feel so sorry for me. He is a compassionate man. He will always be honest with you about how tough your judge will be. We both decided that if I didn't get on SSI this time, we would just move on. End things. Do to the Corona virus, I had to talk to my judge on the phone. I was nervous as usual, he was nice though and Bruce really gave it his all. The evidence was compelling. My judge said "good luck young lady" and in the end found my case to be fully favorable(basically what this means is, that the judge agreed I was disabled). Choosing Bruce would be a good decision. I am glad I found him. I also want to give a shout out to the staff. They are great and are always polite and helpful. They too are on your side and help to fight to get what you deserve.

I don’t ever write reviews but I felt the need to today. Even though my case is not yet settled Bruce has been more than exceptional. He’s been there every step of the way for me and is always accessible. Every thing he has said has been exactly the way he’s explained it even if it’s not necessarily what you wanted to hear. After multiple denials Bruce got me approved for my ssdi and has been a complete workhorse on my comp case. He really looks out for his clients. I am truly appreciative that I have him representing me. I always ask multiple questions and i know i must be a pain in his neck but he never comes across like your bothering him and always he’s back to you ASAP. Best lawyer hands down!!
