Jay Milligan and his team are above reproach. I discovered Jay when I was involved in an unfortunate event. He was able to provide professional advice but comfort me in this trying time. After only a couple of meetings and 2 trips to court, the issue was ultimately dismissed. Kudos to Jay Milligan, Karen and Bridget.

Mr. Milligan is hands down one of the best in the business. Jay and his team were phenomenal. A woman filed a criminal complaint against me alleging that I hit her with my car in the Market Basket parking lot. This resulted in a potential Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle charge IF I would've been found responsible. I consulted with quite a few attorneys but Jay instantly put me at ease and made me feel confident that he had my best interest at heart. While this was not related to an OUI or DUI, which he is well known for, I knew if he could handle those cases, he could certainly handle mine.
