Ellen Shimer-Mcguire has been excellent in helping me navigate my divorce proceedings. During a stressful time, she has given great advice and guidance. I am able to communicate with her quite a bit through email, which fits best into my night shift schedule. Ellen is very responsive.

If you are looking for a smart, fair, honest lawyer to help you with your divorce, Taylor Dauksewicz is amazing. After two years of a mire of "mediation" with my ex, (*Don't ever try mediation with a non-lawyer!) I took my mess to Taylor who quickly cleaned it all up and helped me get the best possible outcome from my situation. She is extremely savvy and cuts right through all the BS for you. I live in the Worcester area and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!

Expert. Responsive. Helpful. These words describe my experience working with Attorney Dauksewicz when I needed to review and negotiate a severance agreement with my former employer. Attorney Dauksewicz helped me craft the language of the severance agreement to ensure maximum benefit and that I would not jeopardize future payments from MA Unemployment. She also encouraged me to push back when my former employer did not agree to an extension of health insurance coverage, and on the second try, they agreed. I recommend Attorney Dauksewicz without reservation.
