If you are looking for a bankruptcy attorney I strongly recommend Forghany Law. We were unable to pay the real estate taxes on our home and were facing foreclosure. Bankruptcy was the only solution to our mounting financial problems. I spoke to several attorneys and was discouraged at some of the attitude I encountered. I settled on this firm even though they were located 60 miles from me because of the caring way that we were treated. Not only were they caring but also extremely efficient and accommodating. Every person there had a job dedicated to them and they did it well. My calls were always responded to immediately. The attorney that accompanied us at the hearing was so knowledgeable and put us immediately at ease.. We are now awaiting discharge of the bankruptcy and will update our experience at that time. This firm is absolutely awesome. Everyone is knowledgeable and courteous. But, Ken is by far the best. He explained everything in a straight forward way. No nonsense. But, when he heard that the electric was going to be turned off within 24 hours, he pulled off the impossible. He rallied the troops and got everything done in 12 hours. The filing was at 10:00 pm. I could not be more grateful to Ken and his co workers. They trusted me and I trusted them. Best experience ever.
