These guys are awesome not stuffy like some lawyers they're great and the payment plan...worked for me!

I met Mr. Wong and also spoke with Mrs. Forghany over the phone. They guide me so great through all my concerns and I was done with my case less than four days and got filed for the court. They are always helpful and they always available to talk or to meet . I was very worry about my case and the first time I met Mr. Wong he explained to me the entire process and also if it is approved or not . Mrs. Forghany also explained to me the entire process for the court and how it will be at the court . I want to thank you for being so professional, honest and friendly. I also want to say thank you for the help of the office , they are very professional and friendly.

I thought for awhile it wouldnt happen foghany law let's you pay what you can monthly until you reach your goal. Mine took a year. Then I got into an car accident and bankruptcy was put on hold then out of the blue they told me my debt was discharged I was so happy .The lawyers were efficient in collecting my info on debt and very professional.

I apologize if I say anything that offends you I don't know if this is too much information or not, but I struggle with Asperger's as well as ADHD and I find it very very hard to comprehend things. You guys have always been there for me you guys have always explained things to me so that I fully understand everything. Lafe was an absolute blessing, he picked up my calls just as Linette did whenever I needed help with my case or help to understand something. I could really tell that you guys weren't just taking my money and saying "okay we're going to do the minimal amount of work and not help this guy," you folks really put in time effort energy to give me the best experience ever. it is completely my fault that I am in the position of having to file for bankruptcy when I was young as in 18, haha, I begged my grandmother to co-sign for a car for me and one car turned into two to turned into 3 and on top of that she co-signed for personal loans as well as credit cards for me. that was the biggest mistake that I ever made, but I would have never met the wonderful team at Forghany Law that gave me emotional and mental support through my chapter 7 bankruptcy. Fast forward to 2020, I receive in the mail a statement telling me that a past creditor (that I forgot to add) wants to file a judgement against me. The day I received the judgement from the court I emailed Linette and immediately she started to explain to me what needed to be done. She is such a help to me, people really don't understand. We live in a world where people are out to harm and deceit others. Well, not at Forghany Law. I just wanted to express my appreciation to everybody at the firm, by letting all of you know that you have touched my heart in ways that nobody else has. Not a lot of people understand me and I spend a lot of time alone and especially now with covid-19 on The rise I am spending a lot of time at home alone. I am depressed, I am anxious, but it seems like every time I have a question about reopening my bankruptcy and adding on this creditor that I stupidly missed, the team at Forghany Law is always there to help me. I am not writing this to make you guys look good I am writing this because that's how I feel. I apologize that it is so long-winded but I had to write out my feelings some way. I was terrified to go through the process I needed to go through. First person I spoke to calmed my nerves and I chose this law firm to continue. I'm so glad I did! These people are the best, they make you feel comfortable and walk you step by step. They follow up with you and are really with you through it all. Highly recommend! I hired Joe Wong to help out with a pretty scary issue where my family was being sued because of something that wasn’t our fault. I was worried we would lose everything but Joe got us sorted out after just a couple of meetings. I wish she had been cheaper and that this all never happened. But Claire made us feel a lot better while she worked. I’d hire her again.
