STAY AWAY! Had the stress and pain of dealing with Jim Lynch directly for about 4 weeks where he quickly blew through $10k. During a parenting class, I randomly met another unsatisfied client who had just fired his office due to the same complaints listed below. As a former lawyer and reviewing his work with my subsequent counsel, his actions, or lack of, caused significant harm in my case. Not to mention, lack of any personal empathy. I may be pursuing a malpractice case in the future at recommendations of other attorneys Failed to be proactive in any regard - never filed a response to the actual divorce complaint; never conducted any discovery; definition of burned out attorney; will cave to other side to avoid conflict; Hang it up Jim!!

Lynch & Owens, and in particular Jason Owens, are a super professional team. They find the most efficient route to resolve the issue at hand, keep their hours to a minimum, and are very creative and smart. Amazing work, thank you.

Ms. Keyes was instrumental in my custody case. I truly believe if I had another lawyer I wouldn't have gotten the outcome that I did. Even considering the state I'm from, being very liberal. I was in a custody case in which I needed to get full custody of my son, stop paying child support to his mother who was non existent in his life for over multiple years, and my son didn't even live with his mother. My son lived with me, yet I was still paying child support. on top of all that I needed to relocate to NH for my son's best interest and for work related issues. The court case lasted for over almost two years, and Kim was always quick to respond to my questions and even suggested how we should handle the case even when I thought we should handle it more aggressively. In the end, I was able to relocate with my son, received full custody, and had child support dropped, and now my son's mother has to pay me child support. Even to this day If I need any more advise on family probate I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Kim, and highly recommend her services to anyone who thinks their case is too troubling, or impossible.
