I was in a tough period in my life, with my business having failed, and my having invested $200k of IRA money into starting it. I had liens on my house from business creditors, and thought I'd lose that too. George recommended a bankruptcy to clear the past debt and get rid of the lien. I'm now happily working for someone else, and although I had to start over with my retirement planning, I at least have my house.
