Unfortunately my husband found himself in the situation of being charged with a DUI after refusing a breathalyzer on the scene of an accident this past winter. He was on his way to pick up prescriptions for our two kids who both had ear infections and slid off the road. Unfortunately for us, that night he had had 2 beers with dinner. It was a horrible situation that wasn't easy for us to navigate as we had never been in any sort of legal trouble ever before. Ken was completely professional right from the start. He treated our case with the utmost importance. He obtained records quickly and secured witnesses that truly made the difference in our case.
