I have a very dear friend who is experiencing GREAT difficulty with one of the attorneys who represented her in her divorce about a year ago unfortunately for her the attorney from this firm did not file the proper paperwork needed for her to claim her now deceased x husband's pension which she was awarded by the judge...Because of this failure to file the proper paperwork needed my friend now has to hire another Legal firm to go after this firm and has put her in a grave financial situation to the point she could possibly lose her house...I hope for her sake that the new Law firm can correct the mistakes made by this firm..
