Peter Goldberg has exceptional professionalism and compassion in what he does. I am pleased with the results and and enjoyed working with him.

Mr. Goldberg and his staff were very professional and helpful every step of the way. From many consultations, phone calls, contacting workers comp adjusters and doctors right up to the day of settlement. Don't just take my word for what a great job they do, try them yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Apparently not all attorneys are looking for cases, what I mean to say is not all attorneys are willing to take on the tough cases. During a family crisis I found this to be true. After a local search of attorneys in the area I was told by many that they could not help me or that I didn't have a winnable case. Finally, I contacted Goldberg and Weigand Law offices located in Hyannis Ma and I spoke with Attorney Weigand. Attorney Weigand agreed to listen to the details of my case. Upon completion of the details he agreed it was a challenging case and that he would have to get back to me. Approximately three days later I received a call back from Attorney Weigand that he discovered pertinent information in my file that might give us a winnable case. At that time, I hired attorney Weigand to litigate our case. The court ruled in our favor and our family crisis was resolved. Attorney Weigand took the time that others would not to understand and research our case, for that we are ever grateful.

Blair was very caring and attentive to my situation, he went above and beyond. When all said and done he was able to get me more then I was originally expecting. In June 2012, I suffered an injury while employed by Macy's selling women's shoes. I herniated L3/L4 disk and was scheduled for surgery in September 2012. Everything, at least I thought, was going smoothly. I was receiving weekly checks and never was I concerned about necessary medical attention. The day before my surgery, I received a call from the neurosurgeon that the procedure had not been approved by Macy's. So I felt it was the time to seek legal representation. I simply went to the phone book and saw the ad for Goldberg & Weigand. Loved the logo and got the feeling "Justice for All" so I gave them a call. Next I knew Peter was meeting me at my home to personally go over the facts and requested some background info to open my case. Probably one of the best decisions I could have made. I got the surgery, was still getting checks, etc. No doubt a back injury is either good or bad but unfortunately for me, my outcome from surgery wasn't what I had hoped for. I will be honest in saying that at several moments I questioned my decision for this firm. It was probably due to the fact I was nervous, alone, hurt, confused as to why cases like mine go on forever, but Peter was always there to lets say "soothe the soul". Little did I realize how difficult it was to negotiate with the insurer, Macy's, because they were self-insured unlike dealing with an actual insurance company. I am happy to say after 2 back surgeries, a few trips to DIA in Fall River, meetings at his office, Peter Goldberg settled my case and I have comfort in my life to never be scared or feel lonely again. I couldn't have done this without Peter and should I come across anyone with a similar case like mine, I would, without a doubt, highly recommend Goldberg & Weigand, LLC for the utmost professional and knowledgeable firm in this area. I should also mention that I was so impressed with Peter Goldberg, I hired his partner, Blaire Weigand, to represent me for an underlying SSDI matter. There was great communication between the partners for each knew of my situation. Very smart move, I should add!!! Blaire won my case so now I received SSDI benefits and have $$$$$ in the bank. Between both partners, every medical professional that I had to encounter, had nothing but good things to say about each of them and I was in very good hands. So, "Justice is for All".
