I was referred to Goldberg law group by a family member, he suggested I keep it local. He was right. Upon my first meeting with Attorney Goldberg, all of my questions doubts and fears were put to rest. I felt confident I was with the right team. Throughout the whole process the whole team was supportive, reassuring and most importantly always there to answer any of my questions. When my case came to a close I felt as if Attorney Goldberg fought hard for my best interest and I got what I deserved! I will always use Attorney Goldberg as I am a client for life!

I would highly recommend this law firm if you ever get hurt at work and the workers comp insurance starts giving you a hard time. Im a single mother of two working @ my local community grocery store for almost 5 years, 5-6 days a week, 8-12 hrs a day. When the pandemic came, like everyone we were short staffed & stretched thinly. Unfortunately I had a very bad work injury, knew nothing about “workmans comp”, thought my employer would obviously take care of me, I stood out, a very hardworking employee. And that all changed when I needed emergency spinal surgery & was denied by my company’s insurer 3 days before, my payments stopped. I had no idea what to do, what questions to ask, who to go to. Today I just got more than a settlement….Attorneys Peter Goldberg & Attorney Jen Giabbi (& devoted wife & caring staff) saved me, my life & fought hard for me & my case. Always patient, kind, attentive knowing exactly what I was going thru, mental/physical/financial state suffering from acute chronic pain & stress, (especially me being in recovery & unable to take alot of the pain meds etc) & all the financial hardship. I could call anytime with any question, I was even helped with advice when I had to apply for every assistance possible to keep afloat during this process & a very rocky recovery. Physically from injury I will never be the same….but to have everything covered medically as well as financially & then some….vocational school, forever coverage & their practice’s back up for life…..Im so grateful & never would have made it thru without them. Honestly I could go on & on. Im greatly indebted to both attorneys & would highly recommend their practice. With no experience I cant believe how hard workmans comp was to navigate or manage, I could have never succeeded wothout Goldberg Lawgroup.
