Denied she had anything to do with my claim from a bankruptcy for over 8 months. Failed to protect me in the meantime and now my finances are destroyed. Failed to point out that I was corresponding with a lawyer who is actually opposing me, refused to return calls when she was supposed, refuses to have her supervisor/manager contact me. Zero stars.
