Working with Mass DUA was next to impossible as their policies and procedures are confusing, purposely vague and constantly changing. After endless appeals and hearings, I was at my breaking point and was about to give up completely - until I met with Carolyn. She quickly grasped the complexities of my claim and implemented a plan immediately to rectify it.
