I was being called many times a day by a company I did previous business with, and they were trying to get money out of me that I already paid. I spoke with Brendan and legal rights advocates and he gave me the exact words I needed to say to them. He was a ton of help and I will use him for any future needs!

I began receiving multiple harassing, threatening phone calls from "locators" working for a collection agency who were attempting to contact my son for an old (2016) phone bill. I explained each time he does not live with me, all I could do was relay a message. I contacted the collection agency directly and informed them as well, but the phone calls continued, calling several times a day, even early morning hours. Each time the caller was extremely aggressive and threatening even though it was NOT my bill! I contacted Legal Rights Advocates and Brendan called me back almost immediately. He was extremely helpful and thorough and within a week the calls stopped. We cannot thank Brendan enough, he saved our sanity!
