I contacted Attorney Couture for help with a complex case. His staff went above and beyond to get me in to see him in a timely manner. Attorney Couture was professional, attentive to my needs and accessible to answer questions and address my concerns. I hired Attorney Couture to represent me. He failed to collect required evidence, which destroyed my case. He filed motions and subpoenas that were unnecessary and charged me for those. I filed for Fee Arbitration and Attorney Couture was required to return my fees. I also filed an Ethics Complaint with the State and Attorney Couture admitted to the state that he improperly used my Retainer. I would highly recommend you avoid this attorney at all costs.
