Stopped in the office for a few questions, extremely rude and kept me waiting for almost An hour

I recently was granted custody of my children with Bob as my attorney. I had a unique case, which was to my favor overall, and was representing myself to a point. However the probate court is not something I am any expert in, and leaving my children's fate to my ignorance was foolish. The probate court can be complex, but not to Bob. So, I retained Bob as my counsel. Immediately after meeting with him, and his wonderful assistant Chabre, a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders. I knew I what to expect and they were very fair and proffesional though the process. Bob and Charbre are a great and thorough team, not to be underestimated.
