I was in a terrible car accident in January, 2023 and I was badly injured. I know Scott primarily as a friend of our very good friends, and he was so supportive after my accident. He explained that I did indeed have a case (I didn't think I did) and how it would work if we made a claim. He took his time to explain to me a lot about how my car insurance works, the parts of my policy, and how we could file despite having been in a rental car in another state when the accident occurred.
