I have been working with Larry since June of this year in order to deal with a bad rental and to help close on a house purchase. He has been very efficient and prepared throughout dealing with the lease issue. I felt confident enough in his abilities and professionalism to have him deal with the landlords lawyer without needing to constantly ask for updates. For the house closing the sellers wanted to close ASAP after accepting our offer. With Larry's help we were able to get all of the paperwork drafted and completed very quickly. Due to this we were able to get the closing done in just over a month. I will continue to use his services in the future and would recommend them to others as well.
