I bless the Lord for having connected me to Attorney Venessa. Being a first time home buyer ignorant of so many things, she assisted me like she was assisting her own child. I Made deposit on a condo and in our interaction for documentation, she noticed something was not right with my decision. This is what she said “Bryants, you need to make up your mind on something you really like because it’s not something your to get ride of tomorrow and you must also consider the resale value…….” For anyone else, maybe she would opt to close the deal and get paid BUT this was and is not her I was surprised. Received a lot more advise that I can’t publish but if there’s any attorney I would recommend it’s her, she will let you know what you must hear & know AND not what you want. I literally lost the deposit I put on the condo and focused on the joy and benefits I have in my new home due to the pure heart of this lady. Just know it’s a lot and I say I will still refer to her firm through it all. Thanks a lot Attorney Venessa.
