A great law firm to work with. I have hired them for house closing and the process was seamless. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and give me great advices every time. I am satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them!

Absolutely disgusted by their customer service but that’s not even the reason I’m giving them a bad review. Andrew Taing violated client, attorney confidentiality by discussing & sharing texts message & discussions between him & I to a mutual friend of ours, who is not employed by their law firm. They opened our cases in November 2021 & that was the last we heard from them. Four months later, we inquiry on an update on our cases & all they have for us is, “I don’t know” or “we are still waiting to hear back from the insurance”. It’s ironic how they have time to contact friends & talk about how their clients are acting but can’t dedicate that time to actually open the mail from the insurance company pertaining to their clients’ files. I’ve learned my lesson, if there’s a next time, before accepting any professional referrals-I must google review or do research before accepting. Folks, if you actually ever want to settle your personal injury case, DO NOT EVER hire this law firm. If they are your only option, you’re better off representing yourself. I even went on their Facebook page, sadly to say, the reviews on there are just as awful as they are on Google.

If I can give this zero stars, I would. Reason being: They “accidentally” cc’d everyone involved in the home closing process on an email thread, which contained some information that shouldn’t have been shared with everyone on the thread. I called, and they apologized for “accidentally making a mistake”

Very professional and efficient. Answered all our questions whenever we had any and made our closing such a smooth, and easy process. Highly recommended!

Horrible lawyer and staff, my case has been over for more than a year, Andrew and his staff had told me that my bills were taken care of between him and the insurer. Yet I am still receiving medical bills from my doctors office. I have called the office multiple times and told the receptionist about my situation, her response was we will take care of it. I have called more than 6 times now between them and my insurance!!!! Nothing got taken care of. They are unprofessional and my patience is wearing thin with them. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Steer away and go somewhere else like, Law Office of Louis S. Haskell they will get the job done. I would give a negative 5 stars if I could!

They handle my father’s car accident case. They are professional and get things in a timely manner. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome because the settlement is surprisingly high and fast. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone.

Did an awesome job for me and my wife. We did not have to do anything. Thay took care of everything for us. Good place.
