La experiencia con el personal que me atendió y especialmente con Leticia Muñiz fue muy grata. Atención con gran empatía y profesionalismo. Se merecen las estrellas que hay en el universo, pero aquí solo hay 5. En mi caso ellos fueron esa ventana que Dios deja abierta, cuando todas las puertas se cierran. Mucho éxito al Lcdo. Attorney Palma and Leticia made a difficult situation so much easier. Attorney Palma and his staff guided me through the entire process of applying for social security disability benefits, answered all my questions, kept me appraised of each process along the way, responded to my calls and email quickly and worked diligently to prepare for my social security disability hearing. Because Attorney Palma was prepared for and with all the documentation and information needed to and for the social security disability administration and Judge, I was favorably awarded social security disability. It took years for me to finally accept I could no longer keep up with a full-time job. I was very upset and defeated and Attorney Palma and his assistant Magaly not only were very professional but also very compassionate and sympathetic to me.
