Spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone. I had to spell my 5 letter first name 5 times for her. Spent half hour going thru her hoops and being transferred, then answering questions. At the end I found out they can't help at all. Waste of time, and kinda patronizing people. Not the best choice out there.
