In 2013, i thought about buying a home for the very first time in my life. I was scared since I new nothing about the real estate market or how things worked. I was stuck with fear as my agent. I needed guidance and i needed it quickly. I got a realtor who helped me in finding a home of my choice. Once secured he proceeded to introduce me to the legal firm of Venessa Masterson and associates. I was afraid of what would come next. On a regular bases the media is awash with stories about how realtors and lawyers praying on vulnerable first time home buyers, so my apprehension was justified. In walked Venessa Masterson beaming with a smile. It did not work, i was still apprehensive. Sensing my apprehension, she delivered a short statement " Don't worry i will be 100% honest and transparent with you. This will be a buying experience you will never forget. Stop me at anytime if you need clarification". The experience was indeed unforgettable. She was polite, kind, had excellent knowledge of the real estate business and very understanding. Her experience and direction saved me a lot of money during closing, and at every point of the way she was there with me till i walked into my home with my family for the very first time.
