I heard about Attorney Masterson through my daughter, who was referred by a friend of hers who was serving as my daughter's real estate broker. A lot of trust, huh? That trust was amply rewarded. The bankers let us know we didn't need an outside attorney, but we're glad Attorney Masterson represented us. She helped us through the rough spots, explaining legalese, and assuring us that we were on the right track. When we finally met her in person at the closing, she was warm, gracious, personable and as always, informative. By the way, her fee was quite reasonable. Attorney Venessa Masterson is highly recommended by me. I also want to thank Attorney Masterson's legal aide, Ciara Caban. Ms. Caban always handled our inquiries (as well as a few panic calls) with patience and kindness. She's also well-versed in legal terminology, which was helpful.

Attorney Masterson is very professional which makes working with her easy. She responds timely, even on the weekends. She is thorough and I would recommend her service to those looking for an attorney to represent them in the home purchase process.

I bless the Lord for having connected me to Attorney Venessa. Being a first time home buyer ignorant of so many things, she assisted me like she was assisting her own child. I Made deposit on a condo and in our interaction for documentation, she noticed something was not right with my decision. This is what she said “Bryants, you need to make up your mind on something you really like because it’s not something your to get ride of tomorrow and you must also consider the resale value…….” For anyone else, maybe she would opt to close the deal and get paid BUT this was and is not her I was surprised. Received a lot more advise that I can’t publish but if there’s any attorney I would recommend it’s her, she will let you know what you must hear & know AND not what you want. I literally lost the deposit I put on the condo and focused on the joy and benefits I have in my new home due to the pure heart of this lady. It was a pleasure to have met and worked with Attorney Masterson. She helped and walked me through the processes of purchasing my house. She was polite, kind, had excellent knowledge of the real estate business and very understanding. Her experience and direction saved me a lot of money during closing.
