FEPLG has been managing our estate plan for over 5 years. During this time, we have found the entire team to be professional, competent, comprehensive, accommodating, respectful and caring. Our estate plan addressed all our concerns and desires from the start. Any modifications necessary to our plan due to legislation changes were executed quickly. On one occasion when we were unable to travel to the office, FEPLG sent a team to our residence to complete all documentation. We met Family Estate lawyer, Vin Bonazzoli, at his office in Lynnfield in 2005. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. Vin is a fine lawyer and enjoys his work of making client's concerns into an organized, complete plan. You leave the office with a sense of relief, knowing that your plan is legal and filed. Even though it is expensive to have a lawyer put together and monitor your trust, the peace of mind is worth it. By in person or Zoom meetings, Vin also has kept our adult children informed about what to do when we become ill or die. Our friends with trusts say that they don't need to have the trust updated.
