I consulted with Zoe on H1B transfer issues for a second opinion. She does not seem familiar with the subject, as she disagreed with the first opinion I had and after some researching, came back to agree with it. Then only were we able to have a meaningful discussion on my issue. I understand nobody knows everything and don't fault her for not knowing every single detail of the law. However, in comparison with other advices I received on Avvo, her performance was average.

Ever since I came across attorney Zhang-Loue, I have been impressed at how caring she is. I hired attorney Zhang-Loue to help me with specifically with immigration cases but I have also sought her advice on traffic tickets and divorce proceedings. I feel comfortable consulting Mrs. Zhang-Loue for just about any legal matter I need advice on. Mrs. Zhang-Loue competently tackles any legal matter even though her expertise might be at a disadvantage (Mrs. Zhang-Loue's expertise is in business immigration). However, Mrs. Zhang-Loue seems to welcome challenges outside of her own field of expertise as she pours her efforts on researching and preparing for cases other lawyers wouldn't feel comfortable taking.

Dishonest & uneducated with a lack of insight into his ethical obligations as an attorney.

Atty. David M. Hass is a compassionate, detailed attorney. He is always available to speak when you have a question. His assistant Rose is very polite and is also good at explaining and answering any questions one might have. When I needed an attorney many wanted to wait until certain paper work was in my hands. Not David. He came to my house and was very thorough. I highly recommend Atty. Hass. He will have your best interest at heart. He or Rose will always be there to answer your questions. As a client you will feel confident that they have your best interest at hand.
