I would love to make this a 5 star review given I beleive he has that potential. We first talked to him in early July and he was very enthusiastic about our case. As is the normal process he was to send us an agreement for signature regarding his representation and fee's. Since then we have talked once and he confirmed our information to send the agreement to and we have yet to receive it. I have logged a subsequent 37 calls to his several numbers and have had no response. At this point we're just at a need to know position as to his representing us. It's been very frustrating because he actually sounds like he can solve our problem and that's all we're looking for, no more no less.

Attorney Tom Marks recently prepared my will and several other estate documents. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and able to explain all available options. He responded clearly to all of my many questions, and developed exactly the estate plan I wanted and needed. He is accessible, thorough, genuine and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this attorney.

I highly recommend Tom Marks for legal estate paperwork. We recently needed to revise my mother's legal doc's (after her move here from another state). Tom was very easy to communicate with, extremely thorough, and personable. Will definitely be engaging his services when we're ready to update our own paperwork.

We were referred to Tom Marks when we decided it was time to do some estate planning. Knowing very little about the process ourselves, we needed someone to walk us through everything, and Tom was excellent at making sure we understood everything that we were doing. He was very responsive to our questions, whether through email or by phone, and took the time to listen to our concerns and craft a result that we were very comfortable with and that accomplished all of our goals. We would not hesitate to enthusiastically recommend Tom, and will continue to use him in the future as our needs evolve and change.

I hired him BECAUSE of these reviews. He did nothing he said he was going to do. Didn't listen when I spoke. Was IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. My case was going so well on my OWN. As soon as I actually needed him he was a ghost. Lied about getting my file from former attorney. Didn't explain what or why he was doing things. Never filed things he said he could and would do. DON'T! I got more answers out of him AFTER I fired him. 5k to file NOTHING, FIGHT NOTHING, and Listen to nothing .. When it could have EASILY been proven the other party was INCORRECT.

Tom is great to work with. He made the process of creating my will, healthcare proxy, power oi attorney documents a breeze. He is very detail oriented and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. He is very easy to talk to and always responds to my correspondence with him directly and timely. I highly recommend him!

I am a single mother by choice located in MA and my family lives in EU. As a mother, I am doing my best to protect my baby, but accident/diseases/death can come up at anytime and change that plan. What would happen to my baby if I was not there anymore or if I was suddenly in incapacity to take care of my baby? I have also some financial assets which came from many years of hard work. How to be sure my baby would fully benefit from it? For my piece of mind, I wanted to put in place a guardianship trust to protect my baby’s future by assigning a temporary guardian to avoid my baby to go through foster care until court decision, a long term guardian and a trustee to manage my assets for my baby’s benefit. I first worked with a firm, but they took 8 months to contact me back after the initial steps of gathering all the info. I then switched to Thomas J Marks ( for a similar cost, a bit under actually) and it was a great pleasure to work with him. Thomas is quite responsive. He replied to me the same day I contacted him and this prompt responsiveness was maintained through the whole process. Right from the start, he established clear timelines and turn around time on both sides that allowed things to move forward smoothly and in timely manner. While my brain is reluctant to legal terms, Thomas has the skills, experience and patience to turn legal terms into layman’s terms. I trusted him very fast based on the fact Thomas was a high recommendation from a friend of mine who successfully took care of similar matters with Thomas support. Thomas is a kind, calm and competent professional, and he genuinely wants to do the best for his clients. I do recommend to anyone to plan the future of loved ones. I am very thankful to Thomas for helping me gain this piece of mind and highly recommend his services.
