I cannot say enough good things about Attorney Nick Gordon, he was confident and reassuring from day one, constantly assuring me that he has handled many of these cases and it would be all right. Attorney Gordon was masterful in court he was confrontational, but personable in his cross examination of witnesses. During Attorney Gordon's cross examination of witnesses he was able to point out inconsistencies in prior statements. Attorney Gordon was tenacious and like a surgeon, cutting through the evidence in the case. I can never thank Attorney Gordon enough for what he did! The best lawyer in the state. Attorney Gordon was able to win our case with a verdict of not guilty on all of our charges. These charges were some of the highest level felony charges one could be accused of in the state of Massachusetts but Attorney Gordon remained poised and confident throughout the entire case. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process starting from the day that we first met him where he’d schedule meetings out of his own personal time to help prepare us for the trial. Throughout the case, he kept a positive attitude and his performance in the courtroom throughout the trial is one that will leave you amazed. From the start he reassured us that he would “crush” this case and that is truly what he did. Everytime we’d see Attorney Gordon, he always greeted us with a smile. The only aggression we ever saw out of Attorney Gordon was when he’d point out the blatant lies from witnesses during cross examination. For some reason my review disappeared, so im writing this again. I hired Nick a few years ago to help me with a felony assault charge that was eventually moved into a superior court within MA. I had fired my prior lawyer because i didnt like his strategy and ideas of defense pertaining to me. From the onset, Nick had an aggressive and adamant standpoint of fighting for me and listening to my side of the story. He was articulate in conversation with the prosecuting attorneys and was precise in his delivery of the facts. Nick eventually was able to reduce a felony indictment with aggravated assault to a simple misdemeanor charge with little stipulations as to conditions following the case. From what I gathered, his expert negotitation skills coupled with the respect being given to him by the prosecution ultimately led to the reduction in charges. Nick is well liked within the courts and his wit and charm captivate the judge and prosecution to a point where they want to hear what this man has to say. HIGHLY recommend Nick for all criminal matters. He will work for you to get the best resolution.

what ever he tells you make sure he does it before hand. He is very negligent and knows nothing about procedures. Talks a big game, after he gets your money its a different story

Nick helped get my friend a not guilty on a DUI charge, so I hired him and he did the same for me. Going to trial was stressful and I wish it upon noone but Nick was so good at what he does that it was so intriguing to even listen to him. I highly recommend him this guy is a beast in the court room!
