It was the week between Christmas and New Years. I was informed I was being taken to court by my daughters mother trying to terminate having my daughters main residence with me. In a panic and not having any luck finding some one to even get back to me . It was seeming to be impossible due to it being such a popular vacation week. Attorney Tom Marks recently completed our estate plan which was comprehensive and contained all the required and important documents. During our first meeting Tom took the time to ask questions to get to know us as people and our desires for the future. This made us feel comfortable that our desires would be executed.
