5 stars all the way!!!! Tom took the time to explain everything about creating a trust to my wife and I. Gave us ideas and answered all our questions. His response time was extremely fast. Will be working with Tom in the future.

We changed our estate plan from Florida to Massachusetts. Tom was very thorough and made some changes that saved taxes down the road and simplified things for our children. He explained things clearly and succinctly and took care of everything associated with us becoming Massachusetts residents again.

We had recently purchased a new home and after the sale was complete, learned there were issues with the P&S document (as key facts were misrepresented). A close friend, also an attorney, recommended Oreste Law. Rod did an excellent job and worked with us to get the best outcome possible. The other party was uncooperative and even changed lawyers during the process. Rod was professional, provided updates to us regularly and shared guidance on the entire process. As a parent, I can’t think of anything more important than getting my “affairs in order” so that my children won’t have to deal with issues after I pass. Working with Thomas J. Marks over the last few months has been extremely helpful and worthwhile!
