Attorney Simoneau's 3 step method is successful. Retained Brian for immediate threat suspension. Tried to get it lifted on my own. Had 2 Hearings, both with negative decisions. If you have a checker background and or substance abuse past read this; I lost my license in 2021 for a OUI that I got dismissed in criminal court. I was still stuck with 2 immediate threats. I did the hearing over the phone with the rmv when I started trying to recover my license back. The first time they required certain documents and told me to schedule another hearing. So 2 months goes by I get another hearing. They said that the documents I gave them were not sufficient enough basically adding more things to the first requirement. Which left me pissed off because I’m looking forward everytime to getting my license especially when I’m giving them what they asked for. Anyways, couple months another hearing , the third one. There telling me that the documents I submitted needed to have a current date on them even though they counted at the time. I met there requirements and on the third and final time they denied me. I was bullshit they send you links and requirements to take care of get this document that document and you never know when your going to get an answer. I reached out to attorney Brian Simoneau in order to find out what he could do for me and the price to retain him. Before I even got a price in order to retain him, he sent me an email of the date of my appeal hearing legit the next day. As well as the police report and everything pertaining to my interactions with the rmv. He then followed up with a email with specific instructions on what I needed as far as documents. He knew exactly what needed to be taken care of. there’s no way I could have navigated this on my own. On top of it his secretary is amazing any question I had she helped me with it and right away. When I had my hearing there’s always something left out or not said Brian mentioned everything I wanted to say on behalf of myself. I’m someone who has a checkered criminal history and a substance abuse past. So in my eyes I’m already guilty or getting denied. I got a favorable outcome and able to have a license back. I really needed this win and Brian simoneau got it. It was worth every single penny

Hiring Brian Simoneau was a complete waste of hard-earned money. After receiving payment, Brian was unresponsive to multiple emails and text messages until the moment of the second unavailing RMV hearing. Meanwhile, he didn't even take the time to know the details of my case. What he did take was my money and advantage of me not realizing that all I was paying him $1,500 for was a couple of meaningless and fruitless hearings with the RMV. He knew nothing would come of them regarding license reinstatement, yet he was happy to take my money and was rude and curt to me when I asked if any resources were left to refund. I hope you enjoy your profits, Simoneau.

I grew up in Massachusetts, but moved out of state over thirty years ago. I had a complicated situation in my current state, however because Massachusetts was my home state, where I originally obtained a driver license, which was suspended and revoked, for speeding and driving on suspended/revoked, and never completely resolved, I thought I needed to retain a Lawyer to help me fix my problem in Massachusetts. I found Brian by doing a Google search using a key word search of (Massachusetts, Suspension, Reinstatement, Lawyer), as well as a few others. I called and left a voice mail for Brian and three other Lawyers. Brian was the only one who called me back the same day. (I liked that very much). After speaking with Brian, he shared some of his thoughts, and said he would research the details and get back with me in a few day. I immediately offered to pay a retainer, but he said he would like to wait until he figures out what is going on. In the meantime, I had scheduled a telephone hearing with the Massachusetts RMV. I received a call from a Hearing Officer a few days after speaking with Brian. The Hearing Officer actually decided on removing all holds on my license and authorized the reinstatement of my privileges, after I paid six hundred dollars in fees. A couple of hours later, I received a detailed email from Brian. He had discovered what my problems were. He outlined how he could represent me with a quoted retainer of fifteen hundred dollars, plus the reinstatement fees. I replied, asking him to please call me to discuss it. He did. I explained what happened when I had the phone hearing. As it turned out, I didn't need a Lawyer to represent me. I felt a little guilty for Brian doing the research to help me without receiving a payment from me. I offered to compensate him for the time he put into my situation. He said it wasn't necessary and declined. Brian was very kind.

I was facing a 5 year suspension of my drivers license, and Atty. Simoneau helped get my license back with only 2 years suspension with the breathalyzer. I am delighted to know I can help my mom and a friend with errands, plus get to more of my volunteer stations.
