Mr. Simoneau is an incredible lawyer and person - I had an issue that was difficult to solve out of state. I tried using the resources available via the RMV and DMV, as well as Mass Gov and was not able to reach a human being with whom to discuss the issue. I lost approx. twelve hours to the problem before contacting Mr. Simoneau.
He figured out and solved my problem in ten minutes.
This person is genuinely compassionate and ensured I understood what to do without charging me *any* fee. If I ever need an RMV lawyer in the future, he will be my first call.

Brian E. Simoneau is by far the best lawyer I’ve worked with, and has gotten the best results. My license was suspended over an accusation of speeding, with no evidence. Brian was able to contact the Board of Appeal and even got me better results than I expected, with no hearing at all! I would gladly choose him again, and I recommend his services to anyone whose license has been suspended or revoked. Thanks Brian!

Brian handled my son's suspension and IID removal hearing and both hearings went in my son's favor! I'm so thankful that I called him and hired him to help my son, money well spent .
