My name is Daniel I had my license pulled because of a faulty device. I was in a big panic as Is understandable. When I called Brian he assured me that we would get my license back and to hold tight and not drive. He took all the weight off of my shoulders. When it was all said and done it went how he said it would and I am now in the process of going through the rmv. He saved my family, me, and my household. Without brian I would have a ten year license loss but he worked toward it an got it back for me. It's like Christmas.

My brother in-law just won a board of appeal suspension hearing thanks to attorney Brian Simoneaus expertise in registry law. He know all the proper steps to take before he presents a case.

I was facing a 10 year license suspension for an IID violation and planned to take on the RMV myself. Thankfully I made the choice to connect with Brian! Thanks to him the RMV is reinstating my license, and all I had to do was appear for the hearing. This is a huge relief, and without the expertise Brian brought to the appeal I would most likely be without a license for a decade!

Attorney Simoneau was very straight forward with me as to what he needed me to do and what requirements I had to fulfill. He also told me of necessary classes I needed to take and documentation that I needed to obtain in order to get my license back.
