Brian was polite, professional, and informative. My situation was very frustrating and I had a hard time accepting that I had to wait for 503 days for an answer. Brian was able to steer me in the right direction to rectify the situation and as a result my hearing was expedited! I waited 183 days to get an appeal hearing with a favorable outcome.
