David helped me navigate aspects of a particularly aggressive and non-standard non-compete agreement in light to new Massachusetts law. He broke down the legal problems into manageable chunks and considered them on a best case and worst-case scenario. He shed light on the legal grey areas particularly where the interpretation of the law is still evolving.
