Ridiculous wait time for the appointment and lack of professionalism. I went there and scheduled an appointment for myself and my brother. My brother was scheduled for 2:30. After we were waiting till 3, I asked the secretary how long we would have to keep waiting and she gave me an attitude and said that the lawyer was seeing another client at that time. She wasn’t able to see him till 4! When it was my turn to see the lawyer, she had another client’s case instead of mine and read the other client’s info to me out loud because she confused me for the other client. The lawyer was also very condescending and arrogant. Can’t take this business seriously if they don’t even respect their clients’ time.
