I am extremely pleased with Stacie Sobosik’s work. She knows the workers compensation law from top to bottom, and was very articulate explaining my rights and everything about my case. Stacie Sobosik and Byron Mousmoules, attorneys with Sobosik Law in Medford, Massachusetts, demonstrated the breadth of their legal expertise and knowledge when I hired them to represent me in a particularly complex worker's compensation case. They explained the legal process in a manner easily understood by a layperson, but were never condescending. They worked diligently with me and even traced my case back for six to nine months prior to my hiring them. Through their research they found that I was not paid enough for my first case and was able to secure that money in a larger settlement during their case using that previous information. They adequately prepared me for my day before the judge to prevent me from becoming flustered in a unformiliar setting where opposing counsel posed confrontational questions. The Staff of Sobosik Law were very helpful in such horrible times! No one wants to get injured while working and not receive any compensation.
