Here are just some of the reasons why my experience working with Attorney Albert Ngo and paralegal Catherine Rodriguez at Brooks Law Firm has been excellent. The team is professional and thoughtful: when I first called, I was so nervous and worried, already having to deal with so much because of my injury and having spoken to many other attorneys on the phone. Attorney Ngo not only calmly explained what the firm would do, but never once pressured me to sign immediately, encouraging me to review documents with friends and take my time. The team is transparent. When I was presented with a contract to sign, Attorney Ngo took the time to go over each section with me, bit by bit, is lay-person terms. When paralegal Catherine contacted me, Catherine also explained and answered my questions in terms that were easy for me to understand. And the team is dedicated to doing what's right and fair, not in unnecessary or unjust retribution. The team has been reviewing my documents carefully, and following up reasonably. I'm so glad I contacted Brooks Law Firm in the first place. Though I'm recovering from an injury, they've made this part of the process as-comfortable-as-possible. I look forward to continuing to work with them throughout the process!

Very thorough, professional staff. Brooks Law speaks volumes. It's not about what they say it's what they do and get done. They are very considerate and compassionate. If you didn't hire them first you should have.
