we know that unforeseen accidents can happen, I didn’t know the firm to be honest, From the beginning trough out the process of My father’s acident what we had was “committed, seriousness,professionalisms” from the secretary desk to lawyers . Understand, explaining many times as needed, having a translator to Speak my own language, updating on the status of the process, advices , been able to contact from many forms communication any time . She’s so professional, helpful and understanding, she made me so comfortable with her amazing smile always in her face. She was so responsible by taking my case with heart and devotion, we communicate over the phone few times but she was very responsive through e-mail. She took care of my case so smoothly and quickly, it was NOID/RFE (Notice of intent to deny/ Request For Evidences) from USCIS.
