The Garreta Law has been my family's lawyers for more than 8years for different matters and I highly recommend Ms. Rafaela Garreta and her time.

I hired Rafaela Garreta on July 26, 2022 to renew my two year green card and to do my divorce case. My green card hadn’t expired yet, but she never filed to renew the card before it expired. She never took any actions on that case, never filed anything with USCIS. Instead, she advised me that I should wait until the divorce proceedings were finalized so we could start the process of renewing my green card. This advice plus her lack of action put my status in danger. I've been waiting for more than 6 months for her to answer me and return my money and so far nothing. ——————————————————————— Contratei Rafaela Garreta em 26 de julho de 2022 para renovar meu green card de dois anos e fazer meu processo de divórcio. Meu green card ainda não havia expirado, mas ela nunca entrou com pedido de renovação do cartão antes que expirasse. Ela nunca tomou nenhuma providência nesse caso, nunca apresentou nada ao USCIS. Em vez disso, ela me aconselhou a esperar até que o processo de divórcio fosse finalizado para que pudéssemos iniciar o processo de renovação do meu green card. Com este conselho mais sua falta de ação colocaram meu status em perigo. Estou a mais de 6 meses esperando ela me responder e me devolver o meu dinheiro e até agora nada.

Attorney Barabino was very professional and thorough from start to finish. He represented me on a complex case with multiple agencies involved. At any point over the course of this case he would respond to emails, texts or phone calls within minutes. If I had any document requests or questions they were always handled in a very timely manner. In the end I received the exact results he said that he would peruse the first day I met him in his office. I experienced a high level of comfort knowing this is my lawyer representing me, I was in very good hands. His office is very organized, clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend.
