Steven Houde is an outstanding profesional lawyer that works hard for his clients. When my son and I were in a car accident in july of 2014, my best friend referred me to him and I am so glad that she did. He worked very hard on my behalf to ensure that my medical bills, prescriptions and personal information where handled in an efficient and confidential manner. Any time I had a question, he answered it, even when there were many. He never made me feel like a bother to him, which I appreciated. He is very personable and a great communicator. I am very pleased with my experience with him and would recommend h him to anyone I know in need of his expertise.

Not only was Steven very efficient and thorough with his work for my very stressful case, but he was also very patient with my family. He was very compassionate and was available throughout the day if he was needed. I do not think I could ask for a better lawyer during one of the most horrific experiences of my life. He made sure that all parties involved were held accountable and ensured that my needs and/or priorities were met.

Steven helped me during a tough time in my life. I was in a car accident and while in pain I had to find the right person that had my interests in mind. Steven made this process very easy for me. I was welcome to come in the office or speak with him over the phone, which ever was convenient for me. He also reached into the depths of his experience going through each phase of the case. Being very new to these kinds of matters he informed me and helped me understand the process as well as best course of action given each situation. Mr. Houde is very professional and straight forward. Defiantly someone you would want fighting for you.

When our daughter was injured by a hit and run driver one evening while driving home from work we had no idea how to handle it. Her car was totaled in the accident. We could not specifically identify the vehicle that hit her but there was a witness that saw everything. With only that witness we weren't sure we had any recourse but we contacted Steven to see what could be done. Steven handled everything and was compassionate, thorough and very knowledgeable. Because of his knowledge and experience he was able to help her recover her losses and receive compensation for her injuries. We would highly recommend Steven and will use him again should the need arise.

Steven was extremely responsive to my communications, He delivered exactly what we discussed in our meetings. Unlike other lawyers who psych you into expecting huge payouts, he accomplished exactly what we initially calculated. He is down to earth and it was comfortable communicating with him. My gym had just redone their wet room. The day after completion I slipped on a wet surface that had not been properly tiled and injured my back and hip. I had never been in an accident before, so didn't know what I needed to do. Steve made sure that I got the police report and filed the proper paperwork. This was complicated because the person causing the accident shouldn't have been allowed to drive. Steve saw this through with the insurance companies and other lawyer and settled this mess pretty painlessly. I hardly had to do anything and all worked out.

Mr. Houde did a great job for me, guiding me through a difficult injury. His counsel and communication were excellent and the outcome I received was very favorable. He knows his stuff and he was passionate about my case. I appreciated that after long periods of waiting, that he stayed in contact and would provide me updates.

I met with Steven in person and found him very caring and attentive. , I can't thank Steven enough for all his hard work and professionalism in handling the necessary, enormous amount of paperwork, emails and phone calls involved in my case. Having Steven do all the work allowed me to focus on the physical therapy I very much needed to have because of the injury I received from the accident. The settlement check arrived in the mail.
