We first met Cathleen a few years ago. It was a guardianship case. My husband and I were so new at this and Cathleen helped us every step of the way. These cases that involve guardianship are very trying on the families and create a lot of tension and mixed emotions. Cathleen helped keep us on an even keel and explained every step of the way to us so we were able to handle it relatively calmly. Her knowledge of the system is her biggest asset but her patience and smile put the icing on the cake. I would not hesitate one second to refer her. The best is that even though it is over I still shoot a question to her here and there and she always responds. #1 in our books
