I do not commonly provide reviews but when given the chance to comment on David Lucas' profile, I immediately want to recommend him. David is one of the most thoughtful, intelligent, and resourceful attorneys I have ever come across. In addition, he is equally as sincere and personable. I own multiple corporations in various industries. The first, and usually only, attorney I retain is David. I am thrilled to have worked with him for a decade and look forward to continuing our relationship. To say that I am glad he is on my team is an understatement. Among the various projects he has worked on for my business interests are start-up filings, vendor contracts, stock, merger and sale agreements, and numerous scenarios where he was activated to project our rights and interests. We highly recommend David Lucas without reservation. Mr. Lucas represented my fiancé in a very complex personal injury case that spanned several years. Throughout the case, David was honest, forthcoming, and most importantly truly cared about our best interests. David worked on both the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home. The sale of our new home was flawless and David was able to negotiate the terms we wanted with the buyer’s lawyer. The purchase of our new home was FAR more complicated. The property was connected to an adjacent lot and the plot plan filed with the registry of deeds was incorrect. David went the EXTRA 2 miles (not just the extra mile) to clear the title and provide us with an accurate plot plan for our new property. To give you an idea of how difficult this process was, how dedicated and hard David worked. We started the process in late January 2013 and didn't pass papers until March 13, 2012. I would HIGHLY recommend David Lucas for any legal issue.
