I made the decision to change counsel very last minute. I had called around to different offices in the area what first grabbed my attention was his phenomenal paralegal. She took my call with genuine kindness, concern and a sense of urgency. An outstanding first impression of whom I'd be working with. When I spoke with Chris, he was very knowledgable, calm, patient, genuine, real. He took immediate action and handled things in hours that had previously lacked attention. I know in the grand scheme of things my case , by far, isn't the craziest case a lawyer of his caliber has ever dealt with. That being said, I felt Chris treated it with importance and had a GENUINE interest in advocating for the best real and possible outcome. I was in a car accident and my boss wanted to help me out by giving me his lawyer. However, that lawyer was not experienced in this field and put me and my lawsuit in a terrible position. It took over two years before he decided to tell me to find someone else and didn't recommend anyone. During those two years, I heard from him a handful of times. When I started searching for a new lawyer, I was dealing with PTSD and more than enough stress. I just wanted this to be over. Christopher DiBella had a family member that was in a serious car accident. He just understood. He let me cry my eyes out and then held my hand through the process. He was caring. It meant the world. It was a breath of fresh air. I wish I met him at the beginning of this all. Christopher kept in touch and was on top of it all. He finished the case and sent me a call to tell me the great news. I was injured in a car accident during a head on collision with a drunk driver. I could not travel. Chris came to my home for a consultation and kept me well informed thereafter.
