As a client I have to disagree with the one star rating. I gave her 5 and she earned each one. I know nothing your case. But plenty about law and attorney's. Every single one is overwhelmed with work. To say she didn't know or do things on time or at all. She would never have passed the BAR and at the very least have had her licence revoked by now if your claims had validity.

She didn't have a clue what she was doing with my case. She's the kind of lawyer who actually hurt my case with the foolish things she said in court, because she wasn't prepared and didn't know the most basic information she needed to find out beforehand. Kept saying she didn't have time to talk because she had too many cases. Horrible! When I asked her what she was doing and how she had messed up so badly, she just began trying to attack me, the client, in order to cover up her poor performance. Ridiculously bad.
