The sale of my condo was painless. Jeneen took care of everything. All I had to do was sign some papers. She efficiently handled the filings, transfer of funds, closing and contact with the various parties. I thought her fee very reasonable and would highly recommend her. My family members have used her on other matters with the same results.

In making a determination to go after a portion of my divorce settlement Attorney Moran helped me put together a plan I wanted my 50% portion of the 401K plan by my ex husband which was awarded to me in my divorce. she explained I had a time line and moved forward quickly. My rights were protected by my attorney which made me feel safe & confident she explained this process thoroughly , very professional & I found her to be affordable for the service I needed.

I hired Jeneen to assist me with my father's estate after he passed away. She walked me through all the steps and some challenging situations did arise. She always returned my calls, emails and/or texts. The prices seemed reasonable. I found her very friendly and determined at the same time. Would hire again!

Mrs. Moran was very professional in handling my real estate sale and closing.
