I needed some legal advice and documents done relating to seniors issues on Trust, Irrevocable Trust, Will and Long Term Care. Mr. Marcus not only did the documents so promptly and efficiently, he went the extra mile to make sure that I fully understand what I was about to enter into and to remind me of follow up steps to take to update the insurance company of the changes of my legal status. It is very important to be able to trust, to rely on a legal professional who posses experience and expert legal knowledge on elderly law. Above all, seniors like myself need to have some one who shows patience and understanding to guide us along through the last important steps to protect ourselves in our old age.

Matt Marcus and his team were wonderful in helping me with Elder Care and guiding me through the process of dealing with a nursing home. Our family had an excellent experience with this firm, especially our attorney, Matt Marcus, who helped my parents with all their estate planning. He met with us in their home, kindly and courteously listened to their wishes, went over various options with an understanding of their specific situation, and promptly prepared their legal documents. They paid a reasonable fee, which included the initial work as well as periodic consultations to address changing circumstances, and assisting the family with advice and details when our parents passed away many years later. We then hired him for a very reasonable additional fee to help with probate, which would have been difficult for me as Executor otherwise. I can’t say enough about Matt and his firm. He was always available to help us understand the complicated details, so we could be confident we were doing everything the right way while protecting our parents and the family home as much as possible. I highly recommend this law firm.

Matt Marcus did the estate planning for me and my wife. Matt was extremely through, patient, and responsive as we went through the process. What is there to say about this guy? Darin represented my mother after a slip and fall case that had my mother suffered during a work day. Darin was incredibly supportive, attentive and relentlessly fought to get my mother the best compesantion possible. Not once we felt uneasy about anything throughout the case because we knew how competent of an attorney we had.
