When my appeal for Individual Unemployability (IU) was denied by the Veteran’s Board of Appeals (The Board) my last resort was to the Court of Veterans Appeals (The Court). At the beginning of the case, I just wanted to give up, but then I got this lawyer and he stuck with me until the end and we won! He was great at explaining stuff and keeping me up to date on things. First off Gustavo Mayen went above and beyond with my case. I had some pretty serious charges and he was able to get me on CWAF. I was shook!!!
